  Getting it right from the start - employment agreement tips you need to know to safely employ staff

One size does not fit all when it comes to employing staff, and in this session we’ll talk about the ways you can engage workers and what documentation to use, including when a contractor agreement may be appropriate. We’ll cover “need to know” employment agreement basics, including how to successfully use a trial period clause for employers with less than 20 employees. There will be time for questions so that you can be confident you’ll leave knowing what you need to about taking on workers.
