This is an opportunity to hear from a local experienced litigator on just how or if this may affect your business.  Tim will initially give you his view of the decision and take questions and open the floor for the all important discussion.

Tim Conder – an experienced litigator from Holland Beckett Law, with experience in public law litigation, judicial review and health and safety – will provide an update on the recent decision of the High Court relating to vaccine mandates for the army and police force. Tim will discuss the unique factors that went into this decision, and what employers can learn from the Police and Armed Forces experience while also discussing the ways in which employer mandates are different (and more secure from challenge) than the affected mandates.
