Social media is a moving target. There have been so many changes and updates over the past year on both Instagram and Facebook. In this workshop we will cover what’s new, best practices for each platform, using the platforms together and learn the latest tools available.

Learning outcomes - you will learn:

  • What's working well on each platform right now in 2022
  • Tips and tricks with hashtags
  • How to make Reels on both Facebook + Instagram - what they are and why you need to be using them in 2022
  • How to post on both Facebook + Instagram the simple way and using the free scheduling tool in Facebook
  • When to spend money reaching more people with your posts

Who should attend - any business person who is:

  • Confused by all the updates on Facebook and Instagram this year.
  • Wanting to learn how to use Reels to grow their business.
  • Wanting to learn how to cross post and schedule from their phone and computer.
  • A learner and likes to keep up to date with what is going on in social media.

Course Facilitator:  Leeann Bassett

Leeann Bassett is the owner of Face UP Now - Social Media Consultant, based in Tauranga. Leeann has 23 years of teaching experience and now works in social media helping businesses and organisations to grow their online presence. She runs workshops and private coaching to empower people to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to be successful using social media. Leeann is passionate about helping people to realise that it isn't as difficult as they may think and giving them the tools to feel confident.
